Packet loss on legacy internet connection

Description:

We've identified potential packet loss for customers that use the legacy IP-space via our single provider (Telia) connection. This is only related to customers not using our standard internet connectivity with several ISPs, we've previously sent out information on how to switch over to our main connection to those who are affected.

We've been in contact with Telia who are looking into this issue.

New information:

The issue is related to Telias equipment on site. We are awaiting service personell to fix the equipment.

We've also identified customers using our primary internet connection (which is not affected) having issues related to using Telias resolvers (dns servers). Consider updating to using our primary resolvers:

if this is indeed the case.

New information:

Telia has found and issue within its network and fixed it. Connectivity should now be restored. We recommend our customers still using this connection to reach out to our support-staff to book change to using our standard connection instead. This is multi-homed via several ISPs and is able to survive issues like this. Information should previously been sent about this as the Telia connection is considered legacy and will be removed in the future.
